Mr. Zhou Yu is the Founder, Chairman, and Senior Engineer of Hangzhou West-Lake Fountain Installation Serials Co., Ltd. He has been appointed as Deputy Director of the National Fountain and Waterscape Professional Committee and Senior Expert in the Expert Group by the Water Supply and Drainage Equipment Branch of the Building Metal Structure Association under the Ministry of Construction. He is also one of the drafters of national standards and industry regulations for waterscape fountains.
As the Chief Planner, Strategist, and Designer of the company's projects, he has dedicated over 30 years to professional research in fountain and waterscape technologies, project planning, and design, having designed and created over a thousand waterscape projects. His projects have received numerous awards, including:
The Lin'an People's Square Music Fountain Project, awarded the "Qianjiang Cup";
The Shaoxing Civic Square Fountain Project, honored with the "Luban Award";
The Large-Scale Music Fountain Project at Taihu National Tourism Resort, recognized with the "High-Quality Engineering Award"; etc.
